Question: Is it possible to cancel order?
Answer: Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we will only accept cancellation request 24 Hours after you have placed your order with us.
Because we are printing the clothes especially for you, and if you won’t contact us before we start working on your order (which is up to 24 hours after you ordered), we won’t have the opportunity to cancel your order.

Answer: Please always double check if you have placed your order correctly: size, quantity, address.

Question: How can I pay for my order?
Answer:

1. Paying with PayPal:

With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online.

Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.


2. Paying with Credit Card:

We are working on adding the option to pay with Credit Cards.


Question: Why didn't I receive any confirmation after I placed my order?
Answer: As soon as you have made your payment you should receive a confirmation by email. If you were not notified, please check the provided email address. Contact our Customer Service Center as soon as possible by filling a form using the Contact Us Form.

Always make sure to double check your information before placing the order.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Answer: Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7 to 14 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 15 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances take place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.


Question: There is a coupon code for returning customer?
Answer: Of course, I will give you 10% OFF, for your second order!
And if you are doing a big pre-order (more then 200$), I will give you 15% OFF,
even if it's your first order.

Question: Is there a local shop where I can check your merchandise in person?

Answer: No, we are an online exclusive shop.
But, you can check the photos reviews at the bottom of each product page
and see how it looks at different people or you can scroll on the product images (most of the products have high-quality photos that I have taken of people wearing the clothes)

Question: Why does the shipping begin several days after I have placed my order?
Answer: After receiving your order we have to control it, to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 3-7 days. If we were unable to process your order due to low stock, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 working days.


Question: Which shipping companies do you work with?

Answer: We work with international shipping companies that provide free shipping method, as it is stated in our shipping policy. We also work with third party courier services. After the parcel’s arrival, the respective national post is responsible for the delivery.
We are working with DHL EXPRESS most of the time.

Answer:  As we are working with multiple shipping companies, each has its own system for updating tracking. If your item has not arrived within 2 weeks, contact us using our HELP CENTER and we will be happy to help you check the status of your shipment.
